⇒ Repeat the same steps and follow for the left leg

⇒ Inhale and raise your chin and tilt your head back. Push back your navel and raise your butt. You need to feel the light tingle there
⇒ Hold the pose and breathe deeply
⇒ Exhale and bring your chin to your chest. Arch your back and relax your butt
⇒ Hold this pose, relax and return back to your four position
⇒ Continue for five to six rounds to get a good stretch

5. Balaasana - Child Pose

6. Savasana - Corpse Pose

⇒ Inhale to energize and exhale to relax and drop all the feelings of hurry or urgency. Feel each part of the body and let it relax
⇒ Make sure you don’t fall asleep. After some time, slowly roll onto your right side. Lie in the position for a minute and then sit up
⇒ Keep your eyes closed, take few breaths and then gently open your eyes.
